WHO COVERES TRAVEL
Travel expenses are paid by the client. In case it is necessary to move to another city

If we cover weddings in hotels, the tax is absorbed by the client
REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS OF EVENTS, SESSIONS
Once your date is scheduled, no refunds are made, only date changes are made. This is because your change date could have been taken by someone else, which means a loss for us.
In case of date change, a voucher is delivered for the registered amount.
What kind of reimbursement for session changes due to bad weather are we entitled to?
Clients do not have the right to obtain financial reimbursement because bad weather is considered one of the exceptional circumstances that cannot be controlled or avoided. ONLY DATE CHANGES AND VERIFY AVAILABILITY

Delivery times of 60 business days for photographs and videos
Once your material has been delivered, you have 3 days to choose the printed material in case your package is delivered, otherwise it will take 30 days for delivery or until a new order comes out
Delivery time once the material is shipped is 30 business days for delivery
