What is the booking process and how do we pay the deposit?
The process is simple. To secure your date, a $5,000 MXN deposit is required.
You can pay via the secure Mercado Pago link (which accepts interest-free installments)

or via a direct bank transfer to our accounts. The remaining balance is due one day before the wedding.
When will we receive our photos and videos after the wedding?
The delivery time for edited photographs is 1 month (although on special occasions, delivery may be as fast as 2 weeks).
If you have contracted video services, the final video delivery is 2 months, as it requires a more extensive post-production time.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my wedding date?
The $5,000 MXN deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE (No Refund Policy).
For date changes, we can transfer your deposit, provided we have availability on the new date.
